Employees were reasonably good and very hospitable all the time. There were an air conditioning and a TV to use. The bathroom was clean and amazing here. Everything was simply very comfortable.

Stayed there for 1 night, liked it. Outstandingly accommodating and pleasant staff and the stay was such great. The bed was extremely comfy to sleep in. The setting was great. Furthermore, we were next to river, and the attractions.

Very welcoming staff, spacious and cosy room, located close to a bus stop. Spacious apartment in a great and perfect setting. Modern area with a local supermarket and local supermarkets.

Place was fantastic and spacious and close to Puerta Real. The setting was great and unbeatable. And it was just next door to most locations of interest especially the Plaza de Toros, other very interesting tourist sites, and the Plaza de Armas bus station.
The bathroom here was poor.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. the room was modern and clean, with all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with prompt responses and excellent service. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchenette, which allowed us to save money by cooking our own meals.
One minor inconvenience was that the front desk had limited hours, which made it difficult to get immediate assistance at times. the WiFi was unreliable during our stay, which was a bit frustrating.

loved the attention to detail and newness of everything in the room. Comfy beds, clean sheets, and a fully equipped kitchenette made our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Plaza de Armas and the city center, yet on a quiet street. The staff, especially Miguel, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Modern, very clean, friendly accomodating staff. Very good value for your money.
We had to go to a different hotel to get the key (and managed to get lost doing so!), even if we made sure we arrived within the hours where the desk was supposed to be opened.
